Mobile Apps & ServicesHi!
I dropped my phone from a table which landed flat on the floor. It was protected with a case but still the screen went out of wack for a second and then went black. The screen is still responsive.
Is it still possible to mirror the screen to back up my data? I tried with a micro USB-HDMI cable with no success.
I have a Samsung TV.
I can't log in the S7 because I have a pin to enter. So the mirroring should be automatic: no clicking required. Is is possible? It seems that S7 doesn't support MHL, is there a cable or adapter that I could use?
Many thanks!
Regards,
#Galaxy S7

Mobile Apps & ServicesHi Ksmy89,
I understand that the Galaxy S7 is not MHL compatible since it doesn't appear in the list of MHL supported devices (https://www.mhltech.org/). Also there is a Youtube video saying that too (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDpA72tRI7A ).
Are you 100% sure that I can use an MHL adaptor? Did you succeed yourself?
Is power input necessary if my phone is fully charged? Could you advise me a brand or a model of MHL adaptor that you know works for sure?
Many thanks and happy new year.
