Hello,
I have a Galaxy S21+, and the voicemail app's "buttons" do not work properly.
When I open a voice mail, the message begins to auto play before I push any button. When I try push the "Pause" button or "Delete" Trash can to stop/delete the message while it is playing, NOTHING happens.
I can see a gray circle surround the button momentarily showing the phone understands I pushed a button, but the app doesn't respond to what I'm telling it to do.
After the message finishes playing, it takes several pushes on the trach can to finally delete it.
Clearing the cache is not the answer. Some voicemails I want to keep. My problem is the app doesn't stop playback for any voicemail, or easily delete the files I don't want.
