I have recently purchased some Samsung Buds and I am using them on a Samung S10e. I already have Samsung Wearable on my device since I have the Samsung Watch 3.
The phone will connect with buds through bluetooth however my issue is the software side.
Opening Samunsung wearable you get the
1. 'Congrtas on your new Galaxy Buds' screen, i agree this,
2. Manage my apps.. then click next..
3. Get to know.. click finish..
4. Says your all set then....
goes back to the 'congrats screen again.. and keeps doing the same loop.
All software is upto date and I have tried unistalling etc...
I have put the software on my partners phone which is a Andriod Sony and the software is working fine and everything connected correctly and buds working great.
Any help please.
