Galaxy A54 Crashing

So my Galaxy A54 updated to One UI 6.1 yesterday. Today, I tried to export a video from CapCut, but my phone crashed and rebooted.

It kept on happening for different videos as well so I reset my phone and tried again and the same issue kept on happening.

Any solutions???

Have you considered the problem might be caused by that particular app. Check for any updates for the app. Try clearing the apps data and cache or uninstall and reinstall it. Might also be worth reaching out to the app developers in case they need to issue a fix.

I just tried power director and inshot and it's pretty much the same. It crashes and reboots as soon as I hit the export button.

You could try wiping the cache partition which is recommended after any update

It doesn't seems to work. I'm pretty sure samsung screwd something with 6.1 ui update.

So I've been trying to export a 30-second video on CapCut, and it used to work perfectly before the update. But now, whenever I try to export the video, my phone just turns off and reboots. It's only happening when I try to export the video, nothing else.

I already reset the phone to factory setting and that still doesn't work.

To the phone. I was changing the aspect ratio to 9:16.

Right. So, I recorded a 1 minute video. I then changed the aspect ratio to 9:16. I then exported the video via Quick Share to my Samsung Tab S9U. Unfortunately, I didn't experience any shutdowns or any errors at all. I've also tried changing the aspect ratio to all the ratios the app offered and exported the video, but I still didn't get any errors or shutdowns. I've also tried the various export methods it offered inc Quick Share, Google Photos, and Bluetooth, all of which were completed without error.

I've tried this on both A54 5G, S23U, and a Tab S9U. They all have the UI6.1 update and are stock UK devices. I have all the latest security patches and Google Play System updates. I read some of the negative reviews for the app and most were complaining about a security warning advising the app is unsafe? Have you experienced this?
