I am using the Samsung message app (speech bubble with dots) I can send messages to all android and apple phones

.... but I can only receive android phone messages back I cannot receive apple messages can anyone help??

Have you tried the Google message app to see if you can get the Apple messages to rule out if it is the Samsung app causing the issue? I personally don't use the Samsung app on my A53 but do get messages from iPhones with the Google app without issues.
