Has anyone been able to submit claim details for their free galaxy buds. Ive been on over an hour and it just keeps saying trouble submitting claim try again.....

I'm trying to do this now. Purchased an upgrade clicked the link, it took me onto members and then there is nowhere to even claim it?

I am.unable to find earbuds claim too. Even samsung store having same issue
