Hi, i recently bought an s21 and am trying to claim the free airbuds and smart tag but the link just goes to an error code, please help

Having great difficulty claiming the free ear buds and smart tag and now it say the offer has ended, I'll be desperately sad if this is the case please, please help Samsung 🙂
Mind letting me know what occurs when you try to make a claim? Have you tried claiming via the Members app or via the site?
I'm having the same issue. If I try through the website the page only half loads (images only), if I try through the Members app and I get "503 Server Down"
