FREE EARBUDS WITH S21

Hi, i recently bought an s21 and am trying to claim the free airbuds and smart tag but the link just goes to an error code, please help

I've just chatted with someone from Samsung and i think you have to claim them through the samsung members app on your new device, it should be in the benefits section. I was just being too eager as my phone hasn't even arrived yet haha

Ive just got my new phone and no option for ear buds in benefits section....help!

I get the same error through the app as well - Samsung clearly doesn't want us to cash in on the offer 😅

My tab is empty
