Hi, i recently bought an s21 and am trying to claim the free airbuds and smart tag but the link just goes to an error code, please help

Hi everyone, it doesn't look like this will be helpful to everyone but on my new device i just went on the "Samsung members" app and it was right at the bottom of the "benefits" section, i just claimed through there about 2 weeks ago and i just got a message saying they are on their way to me
