FREE EARBUDS WITH S21

Hi, i recently bought an s21 and am trying to claim the free airbuds and smart tag but the link just goes to an error code, please help

Just got my s21 ultra today and benefits section has nothing and website doesn't bloody work 😔

samsung REALLY need to sort out there IT system shocking, there want us to buy 1000s of phones at 1,000 pounds each yet there own system it rubbish

Having great difficulty claiming the free ear buds and smart tag and now it say the offer has ended, I'll be desperately sad if this is the case please, please help Samsung 🙂

Mind letting me know what occurs when you try to make a claim? Have you tried claiming via the Members app or via the site?

I'm having the same issue. If I try through the website the page only half loads (images only), if I try through the Members app and I get "503 Server Down"

Not impressive Samsung, not impressive at all.

I've successfully been able to reach the site using Google chrome.
