Has anyone had any issues with redeeming their Samsung Member benefits? I get so far and it asks me to sign in and when I try to I get a blank page with Forbidden on it. 

I was talking to a Samsung chat person but she told me to soft reset my phone and that I wouldn't lose my chat with her but I did 🤦🏻

I've checked security settings, tried to wiping browser history etc but nothing seems to work. I always end up with forbidden.

Any help would be much lying appreciated. I'm new to Samsung after spending donkeys years with Apple and I can't quite figure out what I'm doing wrong. 

If its any help the message is showing on my S21 Ultra.

OK. I'll do that now. I tried this the other day though and it didn't work.

Thought it was just me, i hope they fix this issue soon. I have even tried to use a VPN, multiple browsers and still no avail. 

Definitely something wrong with Samsung's website.

Good to know. I've tried everything that Samsung support has suggested, even spoke with a lovely person on the phone, nothing I've tried thay they've suggested has worked.
