Fitbit app no longer syncing

Has anyone had any issues following the latest software update for Android, in using their Fitbit? Mine is no longer able to sync to the Fitbit app on my mobile despite several attempts at various troubleshooting steps!!!

Have you checked to see if the Fitbit app is compatible with Android 13? Even if the app installs that doesn't always means it supported

Or spoken to Fitbit support?

Hi, I've got the same issue on my Fold 2 after doing the latest Samsung / Android update. The Fitbit forums are filling up with complaints of the same issue https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-4/Charge-4-won-t-connect-to-Fold-3/m-p/5288358

PiunikaWeb   has an article relating to Charge 5 and speculation of a software flaw,likely to need a fix. It would seems only the Flip and Folds are affected.   https://piunikaweb.com/2022/12/06/fitbit-charge-5-not-syncing-with-galaxy-z-fold-flip-phones/
