Firgot password of Secure folder

Hi everyone 

I forgot my secure folder password and I can't inter it or reset pin (NO RESET PIN OPTION)

I am wondering if there's any other way to recover my files

After trying your pin or password several times, you should see an option titled 'forgot Pin' or similar. Select this and go through the steps to reset this.

Didn't work

now Uninstalle button appeared

Same thing has happened to me, only uninstall button is shown. Samsung tech help was useless. Any help appreciated

In the same boat. No reset option only uninstall.
