Hello! So, I'm experiencing an issue about its fingerprint feature. My phone's model is Samsung Galaxy A73 5G. My phone suddenly doesn't accept any fingerprints and it always says that it has been corrupted. It also showed me solutions like try resetting the fingerprints or changing the lock type but whenever I try to click the "fingerprints", it just shows that it is corrupted and that I should go to their community service to get it fixed. It was working fine before it happened. I didn't download any apps from any websites recently also. What should I do?
