I cannot believe this isnt a feature! I just purchased the Galaxy Active 2 but I am now considering returning it and getting another Fitbit instead. Unacceptable Samsung, the most recent reply to this thread is an absolute slap in the face of your female users!
I came to Google to find out about female health tracking on my new watch only to find this extremely disappointing thread of users begging for a tracker. You already track almost all aspects of female health....why is it so complicated to add in period tracker and basal temperature (if the watch can do that) for ovulation. Seems like a huge missed market. It should take a coder all of a day to have this up and running. And here we are since 2018! Absurdity! Shame on you, Samsung.
I installed the update from aquariusgirl's apkmirror link and the period tracking works. The next Samsung Health app auto update removed the tracker so the play store version doesn't contain the period tracker yet. It can only be a matter of time before it goes live on Google play store.
