Exercise heart rate

I have a Samsung s21 utra which is paired with my Samsung active 2 watch. Using Samsung health app

Have active watch 4 on order

Is there a way i can view my actual heart rate on my phone screen whilst exercising. Etc on treadmill

I've been advised by cardiologist to keep my heart rate below 130 whilst doing cardio.

My wife's fitbit lets her do it on her fitbit app

@taff7996: When you get your Galaxy Watch 4, you will be able to monitor your Heart Rate information, including your current HR, average HR and Max HR by swiping up or down on the screen while a workout is active. You can also head to Apps > Samsung Health > Heart Rate > Measure. To change your measurement settings, head to Samsung Health > Settings > Measurement. it won't be possible to view this information on your phone in real time, though.

If you are concerned about hr and health metrics try to look for an alternative in fitbit or garmin, all test shown that samsung watch is by far the most inaccurate compared with other watches.
