Until recent, I had no problem making in app purchases on both my Galaxy phones but now I keep getting this error message . Does anyone know what it means?

I've had nothing but grief all afternoon with the app. Good luck shop support is useless at best

Hey both, Have you guys tried restarting your phones, clearing app cache or trying a different payment method?

Didn't get that far. It kept rejecting discount codes as invalid. I've been on the phone to a lovely agent for 1½ hrs. See what happens now 🙏

Cleared cache and deleted data. Deleted the app, reinstalled it, etc
