Please can anyone help. My Samsung email is no longer sending or receiving emails from my live.co.uk account. I need to access the emails as that's my main account. I don't know how to fix it on my phone

Try removing the account, and configuring it manually, @benidMobile Devices | Troubleshooting | Samsung UK

@benid Firstly you could try to clearing the cache  of the email app account and ensuring sufficient storage before removing account and  configuring manually.  Ensure sync details are correct as detailed in the article.
