Email problems

E mail problem. Hi all , I transfered everything to my s23 , for some strange reason my email won't work , I have tried everything I can think of , even copying the settings fron my tablet but still nothing, please help, thanks Elliott

Hi, you haven't mentioned what type of email it is. Sky email you need to get a one off password for it to work, then your original password works.

Sorry , new on here , it is bt Internet, the original email from 2002

I honestly don't know what's wrong. Works fine for my parents. They had to input everything manually. Input server, output server. I use Gmail app so I've never had any issues it automatically trafered with my Google account.
