Dual Whatsapp Issues in Samsung phone

Have been using dual Whatsapp on my phone (S9+) and no issues until yesterday.

Folder in gallery has been deleted. I reinstall it, it is fine for 20 mins and it disappears again.

I cant send files as well as it says file format not supported.

Main whatsapp is not affected. I messaged whatsapp, they replied that they do not support dual whatsapp.

How can this be resolved?

Facing same on S10 plus. Cannot send most pictures. Inbuilt GIF also not working. 😑
