Dual App WhatsApp media folder is deleted on Samsung Galaxy A31

Hi,

I am facing the issue from 2,3 days. Dual WhatsApp media folders are deleted from storage. I cannot find the media files. My data of many GBs is lost. Tried reinstalling the whatsApp altogether. Please provide me a solution to restore my account and its media folders.

Hello, where did you find the files? As you say are not in the "usual folder".

I know I have the files as I can go bavk to any chat and open the picture but when I say to open with galery it just fail with the exclamation

You need to install a file explorer as a DuapApp on your Samsung phone. Here is the link to how to do it.
