This is a bit of a random one, but I thought this was a genius tip I found on an older post. Now, obviously while driving, your focus should be on the road andnot on the phone, but people do call while driving. Using Google Maps, if you enter a phone call, it stays on the call screen, and the only way to get the map back is to touch the screen...not exactly ideal.
I drive a motorcycle, so I often stay on a call with others while riding in a group. Living in Wales, the call loses signal a lot, and we simply tap our helmet to recall, but in that, we lose maps. Pulling over every time isn't ideal to get maps back. Being on a call is especially important to communicate while riding with others; communication is important for bikers.

Safety. As mentioned before, driving while on the phone is not recommended. This post is more so tailored towards those such as myself who use it for communicating while driving together. I understand people often use phones while driving anyway, for casual talking.
