Have you tried force stopping the app.
Then going back into it. Sometimes that can sort it out.
Do you regularly restart your phone. This can be very beneficial as it sort of resets everything.
If at worst, try uninstalling the app and reinstall it from play store.
Sign in and carry on using it.
If the app has got corrupt in any way.
