Morning everyone, 

I've had this issue for a while now, even after switching phones.

I've set my DND to only allow calls from my family (and anyone else after 3 calls), and specifically turned off messages. 

But for some reason I still get the notifications in DND.

This was an issue with my s20 ultra, and now the same with my fold 4.

Completely new phone and even new ONE UI.

So I'm not sure what the problem is.

Anyone know or might have an idea of why this happens?

Could you provide just a few more details?

Which One Ui version? What android version 13/14? When you say notifications are we talk visual and audible notifications?

Could provide screenshot of the DND setting, please hide any personal information in your screenshot

@Members_lgsKMst: Please try heading to Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb > Hide notifications > Hide all > Toggle the switch to the right so it highlights.
