Disney+ redeem code received but don't know how to activate Disney+ account

Hello,

I have bought the S23+ and got through the Samsung Boost until I got the code for Disney+ (SM-.....).

Now I'm not sure on how to proceed to get the 12 months subscription activated on my Disney+ account (existing account but without subscription). When I use the Disney link it says that the code is incorrect or already used.

Could you advise on what to do next?

I find I have to use the Samsung browser to get things like this to work.
You say you don't have an active subscription for Disney
Have you cancelled it recently. If so you will have wait until the last subscription payment has elapsed.
If what @GoanGeek has said doesn't work as well
Then contact Samsung Customer Support and see if they can help
