I have tried to access the 12 months free Disney+ subscription, I have my code and have tried to find where I can input the code on Disney+ however my payment method is a subscription through Amazon. Is there any way I can still use the code as I can't see anywhere that it will work on Disney+ or Amazon?

You have to cancel you current subscription then use the code.
