@PaulJ3: Voicemail is a network specific feature, so I recommend reaching out to your network provider to enquire about disabling this service on your account. In the meantime, on the Galaxy S20+, head to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Voicemail > Voicemail number, and remove the number from the input field to see if this helps. Tap the back button > Supplementary services > Call waiting, and toggle this option on, as this will notify you when someone calls you while you're on a call, and may prevent the call from being diverted to Voicemail. Let me know if this helps.

What the heck is wrong with you? Someone DOES NOT WANT that feature. Talking about it existing will help NOBODY, including your company, was that answer makes you look both illiterate and hateful to customers.
Why don't you actually answer the question? It should be a VERY simple one.

I've called bell, to no avail, so I think I have a solution now. It's at the "call forwarding", have no phone number set, then just under, go to "forward when busy", open it and "disable", then "forward when unanswered" "disable, then, "forward when unreachable" disable". This is what i'm going to use today. Can't delete the feature but I think it can be disabled. that's what I"m hoping. Samsung should be aware, they are avoiding this. I was recieving threatening messages from a private caller, as IT WOULD GO TO VOICEMAIL. but I couldn't find a way to turn it off. A BLOCKED CALLER CAN STILL LEAVE VOICEMAIL, my STALKER WAS leaving it through "hotspot" wifi. This better work or I'm going to have to get a new phone number or 'CALL FORWARD TO THE POLICE, OR MAYBE SAMSUNG, or BELL!!

Go to keypad dialing and open the 3 dots on the right Open "Settings", then "supplementary services" you will see "call forwarding", I keep on my call waiting. but you don't have to either.
