Deleted messages app

I accidentally deleted the messages app off my Samsung galaxy s10 yesterday instead of turning off notifications. When I went back in this morning it wouldn't let me do anything saying it was deleted. Any idea how to rectify as currently not receiving notifications when I receive SMS.

Hey @Scotty77, is this a third-party Messages app or the one that came with the phone? if it is the original one, this cannot be deleted and you should find it in the Apps Menu; you can access it by swiping up on your Home Screen. If this is a third-party app, you will need to download it again from Google Play Store.
