Curve stole my money lacks customer support

Samsung pay is flawed because the use a third rate 3rd party app called curve. 

Curve has my money and no way to transfer out. Chat takes 4 days for a reply and still waiting

Trust Pilot ratings of non existant support. 
90% 1 star ratings fo Samsung says it all. Not impressive

Curve customer service is atrocious! I closed my account a few months back and went back to Google Wallet. Check out the Curve community and you will see nothing but complaints about their customer service! Curve works well untill you encounter an issue and need support.

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

I use Starling bank.. Absolutely wonderful team, absolutely wonderful App, absolutely Wonderful.. Everything

I created it when I was with Garmin, because all the UK so called Big boys didn't accept Garmin pay.. But Starling did.. So for all online and any high risk payments.. I use Starling

Starling is a bank and Curve offers a totally different service. All you did was change bank to one that's supported by Samsung Pay directly.

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

You might hold them culpable but legally they are not. P.S. Samsung don't care what you or I think!
