Create sub folder in photo folder

Hello. Every one of my photo albums allows me to create sub folders for photos except one. That one will only allow me to create Highlight / Movie / Gif / Collage. It's driving me mad that I can't create sub folders in it as in all my other photo albums.

I only managed to work out by connecting my s10 to the pc. This would let me use the mouse to make the folder. But once the phone received a monthly update the folder would vanish. So I gave up in the end.
