Connecting Note 10 to a Samsung TV via DeX cable

I want to connect my Note 10 to my Samsung TV via a DeX Cable, but I can't get the TV from the phone to the TV-screen.

How do I do that?

@Lars_Lundsgaard: When you connect your Note 10 to your TV using your DeX cable (USB-C to HDMI), does 'Start' appear on your phone's screen? If so, tap Start and the DeX screen should appear on the TV. If you're unable to establish a connection in this manner, please try swiping from the top of your phones screen to the bottom, then again to enlarge the Quick Panel, tap on 'DeX', select your TV and follow the on screen instructions to establish a wireless connection.

"Start" doesn't appear, an nothing else works. Total waste of good money!
