Well not that it matters to me one way or the other what you decide or how you choose to react to this situation but how is it that you feel one bad experience with customer service is an accurate metric for the entire company, the phones they make, and the people that work there? Imagine if others judged you and your character based on one ten minute interaction with you. And imagine that interaction took place on a "bad day" for you. Case in point, if I were to make an assessment of your personality or character based on your complaint here, I would determine that you are a thin-skinned, easily upset, overly sensitive, cry baby who runs away the minute they don't like something. Now that wouldn't be fair at all would it? And I doubt that it would be an accurate account of you as a person (I would hope not anyway).
