Claiming Galaxy Earbuds and Smarttag

I am trying to claim the galaxy earbuds and smarttag as I have just upgraded to the S21 through EE. I can get onto the link but it asks the place of purchase and EE isn't an option. Any idea what we select there? Thanks

EE is an option🤔....was listed when I got mine...

How strange, I can't see it on the list its giving me. I've checked through a few times as well in case I've missed it and searched it too but nothing. Are they known by anything else do you know?

Top of the page you have UK or ROI....EE isn't listed on ROI which is the default setting on my phone....had to select UK tab at top 😉

Good luck....think mine were delivered within 5 days of claiming
