Can anyone help ive recently upgraded to s20fe and told to claim a free Samsung watch but have no clue where to claim it

wish I could help but I'm in the same boat.
it says to go on benefits and fill in claim form but I cant see one

I claim my free watch when I received my Samsung s20+ , did you receive the watch for a mobile phone shop or straight for Samsung?? as with my I got it for ee and there was a link on my receipt if not if you contact Samsung on the online chat they will let able to give you the direct link for claiming

I got it from phone shop. o2 so will wait till for it to arrive. thank

yeah once it arrives there should be a code on the receipt and also I have to upload a photo of your receipt so they can confirm the purchase 😀
