Charged 0.15 on my bank account

Hi,

There has been a charge on my business bank acocunt for GBP 0.15. Please can you provide assistance on how this transaction was authorised or a contact number for further assistance.
I have not knowingly authorised this transaction, in addition how did Samsung App get my business bank details?

report it as fraud immediately to the relevant authorities as you haven't given them your details previously
