chaning notification sounds for different apps

had S20 5days and not happy as unable to change notification sounds for different apps 

Samsung on fb no help at all thinking of returning phone as £800 and it won't do things my previous samsung phones did 😢 

I'm nearly mad with the constant noise from email,twitter,fb and messages all with same sound.

CAN THIS BE SORTED?
