I am an English speaker and have always had my language setting as English in my Samsung account and phone. I have tried so hard to have my Samsung Members app display in English but neither do the settings do it nor does the chatbot or support section seem to offer me any option. The big doesn't even understand what I'm telling it.
Is it supposed to be this hard on a platform as international and as big as Samsung?
I bought my phone in Germany, yes, but hey don't be so silly.
