I have been a long-time user of the CapCut video editing app and have found it to be one of the best tools for my needs. However, I am currently experiencing an issue where the touch functionality within the app is not working at all. The main page remains open without any response to touch inputs. I would appreciate any advice or assistance you can provide regarding this matter. Thanks

I am pleased to share that my issue has been resolved. After submitting my first query on this platform, the problem was addressed successfully.
Previously, I had attempted several troubleshooting steps, including clearing the cache and data, uninstalling the app, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app. Despite multiple attempts, these steps did not resolve the issue. However, following my recent query, the app has started working again.
