Cant switch from samsung cloud to onedrive

I've been trying to switch to onedrive but it wont let me, ive seen videos of people doing it and it automatically selecting the email but mine requires me to enter it then tells me it already exists on my device i have no idea what to do please help

try heading to Gallery → tap three dots → Settings → enable Sync with Samsung Cloud 

tap on next next, it will lead you enabling Samsung Cloud then linking OneDrive with Samsung Account automatically

please ensure your phone has OneDrive app already.
