Hallo Samsung!
After updating my Note 20 Ultra to Android 12 I have been facing an annoying and frustrating issue, where my HDR10+ videos cannot be converted anymore when sharing to WhatsApp, Messenger, etc. The feature has been completely disabled and removed from the settings of your Gallery App!!!
I hope, this issue will get repaired before Android 13, as Samsung you are horrible on fixing the problems!!!!

Guys I kind of found a solution of this peoblem. Open any hdr10+ video in editor (pencil icon) then click 3 dots and click create movie. As soon as you click create movie video will be converted to sdr video , while it will prompt you to add more videos just skip this and go back and you can directly share or save the converted video. Btw it stored in DCIM/VIDEO EDITOR folder if you save it

Sadly Samsung won't fix this regardles of the fact Apple is offering automatic conversion of videos when sharing on platforms that don't support HDR. They ditched the option in Gallery and only way is to edit the video, press 3 dot menu - Size and format and turn Off HEVC optimization then save a copy of the video and share that one. This is the quickest way to do it but it's a shame...
