Can't activate onedrive subscription

I've just purchased the free 6 months onedrive subscription. When I go to activate it I keep getting the same error message as shown in the photo. Has anyone had this same issue and knows how to fi

I've purchased the basic 365 subscription and it says to go on the app to confirm but it just says it can't.
