I bought my Brand new s24 ultra on 14 aug 2024, I found a problem with my internet connection.
In mobile show me full bar and 5g connected but when i open internet browser, Instagram, whats app, its not working
I call Samsung care they give me some suggestion like software update and factory reset, I did both and problem still there. its show me and connected but can not excess internet.
Its continuously drop and connected to internet.
Now they said you need to book appointment to repair mobile.
First thing, I bought s24 ultra in full price, I expect to working condition, Now i found problem and they said we will repair it.
IF i allow it will drop my mobile price (when you do tread in).
samsung care said we can not do anything you need to ask store and store said we can not do anything you need to tell samsung care.
Worst decision to move apple to samsung. Not expect this kind of service.
Please if any one have same problem and you have solution please mention it.

Have you tried contacting your network provider? Before this though, I'd check that Mobile Data is enabled in settings (you can search for it).

I did call my network provider and also check my mobile data turn on.
We can see on top of the mobile right side. If its turn on, we can see 4g or 5g next to the bar.
I tried with different mobile(apple 15 pro max) and its working fine, but only in my phone s24 ultra
Right ?

Now some one say logically.
Yes they told me to book repair appointment and see what they can do. My problem is why i let them to fix their problem and in return in got nothing. I buy brand new phone and i found a problem.
I can ask my network provider to fix this issue like you said hope fully it will work.
When i called they said it is a mobile store problem and when i called mobile store they said it is samsung care problem.They are just pointing each other.
Service like pathetic. We bought phone and we have to solve problem. in any case customer need to suffer.
