When using a Samsung phone in business and receiving 150+ calls a day, than the call waiting alerts are useful. The problem is that Samsung did not make option to limit the number of notifications, as Xiaomi did(see link below) so you keep getting annoying alerts 100 times during an active call. 

Samsung, you can do it better!!!

@Snooze again: While you can't limit the number of notifications your receive while on a call, you can disable notification sounds while a call is active by heading to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Call alerts and ringtone > Allow alarm/notification sounds in calls > Off. I'm not sure if this will carry across to Call waiting, but it is worth exploring as an option. I hope this helps.

Disabling call waiting is not an option, as whole Company uses the mobile switchboard
