Call volume low on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Can anyone help me with the call volume on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra please. I can barely hear people when they call. I have tried turning the volume up during the call, but the volume doesn't increase. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi try using the diagnostic settings to make sure everything is in working order, also is the issue only with phone call volume or all round?

@ikkledeb: Do you have a case or cover on the phone? If so, please try removing it temporarily to see if you notice an improvement. Furthermore, if you place the call on Speaker, are you able to hear the person on the other end clearly? Does the issue occur on both outbound and inbound calls?
