I don't think you can. Why would you want to do that anyway, you won't be able to make or receive any calls so what good is your phone for.

No it's a new app that comes with the new software updates

@tonytoon74: Please try heading to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down to CallApp > Disable.
