I have a new Samsung Note 20 Ultra and an office 365 email account. Calendar events created in outlook sync to the phone and events created on the phone sync to outlook. However, if I attempt to change an event on the phone that was created using the previous phone, it does not sync to Outlook. New events that are created in outlook or on the new phone will sync no matter where they were created or on which end they are changed. It only seems to be events that were originally created on the previous phone seem to have an issue. I can make the change on the phone, but the change is not reflected in outlook. The previous phone was a previous version of the Samsung Note. Any ideas?
