Bixby has stopped working not talking out loud, the question comes up on my phone with the answer. Any ideas. Please

That's odd, @jaynejayne. Have you seen and had the opportunity to go through the guide below (from Samsung US) to see if it helps you to get Bixby working as expected again?:
