On my S25 I just changed my country in my Samsung Account. I was aware id would lose some things by doing so but I am now unable to access Samsung Pass.
When I try to access Samsung Pass or even save a new password, I get a message from Knox 'Unlock your encrypted data' telling me verify myself with the previous PIN but it keeps saying it is the wrong PIN, although I 100% know it is correct. Now it says I am down to my last few attempts.
I don't care if I lose my previous encrypted data but it doesn't offer me any alternative.
I have tried a solution offered for a similar problem of a soft reset (power + volume down for 15 seconds) but that hasn't helped.
Help, I'm stuck.
