Bad Samsung

Why would you send these people phones with such bad quality and not even reply to them when they call for help? My sister has a Google phone and that works perfect for her and anytime she has had an issue they have replied straight away. Why can't you keep up with your competitors? The competion is fierce and the more stuff like this happens to these people the more money you will lose. So stop being such a**eholes and show these people that you are worth your while, worth buying phones from and they will buy more from you and less from Google apple moto and other phone sellers.
