Backup and restore

Good day everyone. I have some serious problem my last backup overwrited so I have lost my contacts is there any way to backup older backup where is still my numbers. After restore my phone says that I have old backups that can be deleted to free up some space so it means there are some older backup. How to access it or delete newest one?

Are you kidding me? Of course I have read that threat. Now I have same question to you. Have you read it? There are only 20 people with same problem and no answer. Or I didn't find it. Just can you tell me is there a way to do it or no.
